Coyote Sightings in MVP

Everyone with small dogs, cats, children, etc please be aware that there have been reported coyote sightings in our community. There is not really a lot that can be done but please be vigilant and do not leave potential food sources out where creatures looking for an easy meal in this weather may search.

MVP Annual Home Owner Meeting Tonight

The meeting has been moved to 6:00pm ET at the MVP clubhouse. Please make it if you can.

- planned repaving of the entire community
- the recent increase in water prices
- community improvements
- planned HOA fees for future years
